Nikaya yoga conducts classes and workshops all over Bangalore for all ages and and for all different levels of yoga practice. Learn the basics of a traditional yoga practice in a safe, small-class environment on a weekly basis and discover the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice. We have classes specifically for students with little or no yoga experience and our small-class setting is an ideal way to learn the fundamentals of a safe, healthy yoga practice. We also have specific classes and workshops with the Nikaya team as well as visiting teachers to help strengthen your body and mind. We have something for everyone. Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing and your yoga mat and become part of
the Nikaya Yoga family.
